5. Foods that contain Phytoestrogens 
Chemical compounds derived from plants that are good for maintaining estrogen hormones in women and it also helps protect against prostate cancer. Foods that contain Phytoestrogens include soya beans and dairy, such as soy milk, tofu, tempeh and soy sauce.
